Not everything goes smoothly and I feel like how a business responds in those situations reveals more than when everything goes to plan. There was a concerning sound I needed diagnosed (sent a video of it to a family member who is a mechanic in BC and he couldn't figure it out without looking at it) so came here. Quick review they thought it was one thing, but by the time they dug into it, ended up being a bit worse than anticipated. They were straight up about it rather than just replacing the original diagnosed part and me having to go back again. There was a miscommunication with billing just because different hands were on it over the holidays. I believe a 4 wheel alignment charged over a 2 wheel by accident(alot of other shops always just charge the 4 wheel), but they brought it up to me first and resolved it right away. Extremely satisfied with the interactions with everyone there and how everything was dealt with. Would absolutely recommend and use them again.

By far one of the best places I've gone to have my car fixed. Previous to this I had the worst luck with mechanics and shops because they felt they could take advantage of me. I was referred to Canadian Auto Remarketing from a friend who recently bought a vehicle there and gave a very high recommendation to me on both the quality of the vehicle they purchased as well as the service. We had my daughter's vehicle inspected at Canadian Auto in Campbell Park and they were SUPER honest. I was worried that 2 girls bringing in a car, they might push for all kinds or repairs (it's an OLD car, I think 2003) And they were super enthusiastic about how great of shape it was in for its age, and that it didn't need anything, was a great starter car etc. which I super appreciated...Because it could have needed literally anything and everything and we would be none the wiser. And their inspection fee was competitive compared to other quotes we received. Would *highly* recommend them for a pre purchase inspection and feel confident they will give you an honest opinion!

I was very pleased with the service I received at this shop. They were respectful, honest and kept me up to speed throughout the day on the status of the diagnostics and repairs. I brought my Jeep here for a second opinion, after being told by another shop that my A/C condenser was busted and I would need to spend a huge amount of money to have it replaced. I am glad I did it, as it turned out that there was nothing wrong with the condenser. Canadian Auto identified the actual issue and fixed it at a fraction of the cost that I would have had to pay for a new condenser. Will be coming back here for any future repairs.
Amazing service, could not be happier. My 10 year old Honda was in need of some work. The dealership wanted an insane amount, so I brought my vehicle here for a second opinion. Jay and team were fantastic, they reviewed the work order, looked at the car, and explained what needed to be done and why. The final bill was about 40% less than Honda, and service was great. I will be bringing my vehicle back here for further service in the future. Highly Recommend!

Looking for a premium used vehicle isn't easy. It basically took me 2 years to find something that ticked all the boxes. Being closed on Sundays, Nimer met me there to show me the car (it was Father's Day). He explained everything to me about the vehicle, no fancy sales talk, just making sure I knew all I needed to know about the car. The whole process was easy and refreshing dealing with someone of his experience and knowledge of the business. I'm totally satisfied with what I bought and wouldn't hesitate making another purchase. Being a NAPA Service Center they service what they sell. Would I recommend, yes, trust is rare these days.

The best experience I have ever had with an auto garage. Both Jay and Nimer were very personable and easy to talk to. Had an issue with my truck which I had originally brought to Ford. After receiving the quote from them I opted for a second opinion and came to Canadian Auto. Their pricing was significantly lower without sacrificing quality. I also sold a vehicle through them. It was a quick and easy process. We dropped the vehicle off on a Tuesday and by Friday we were back to pick up our cheque. I will highly recommend everyone I know to come and see Jay or Nimer for all their auto needs.

Great people to work with. I knew the moment I called, that I had called the right shop. My husband and I were in St. Albert to run a quick errand and heard a troubling noise, we are from Lacombe. Thinking it might be something serious, I Googled "mechanics near me". I spoke with Nimer, who was very reassuring and got a technician out to our vehicle as soon as we pulled up. A quick conversation and the Technician was away with our vehicle. The service was so quick, friendly, and honest. While the tech was away diagnosing the problem, we were hypothetically thinking what to do and they had a plan to get us on the road home, today, to our kiddos. Which I was really thankful for. However, when the Technician came back, the problem wasn't as serious as originally thought and we are able to drive home, and get it sorted out closer to home. We weren't charged for anything. It was true kindness ❤️ they worked so quickly to help get us back on the road. Thankful for great mechanics, and great shops in local communities. If you need help, big or small these guys seem to be great. I wouldn't hesitate calling them again for help, if in the area.
When you come to new city, one of the biggest hurdles is to find car mechanic that you can trust and is accommodating to our busy schedules. This place is just that. I had an appointment for out of province inspection in one of the shops in the city which fell trough. Time off was limited so I decided to give these guys call since they have excellent reviews. Sure enough, they were able to get me in very next morning and when I showed up car was taken in on time. Inspection was done just under estimated time and they also did an oil change. Price at the end was more than reasonable and waiting for about 2 hours was not that hard in comfy chairs. They even offer coffee and water. Very pleasant experience in new city and will be our place to go for anything that requires good and honest mechanic. Thank you, guys!

I damaged my side mirror and was looking for a place to get it repaired. I am so glad I found this place on Google and I'm grateful for all of the positive reviews that encouraged me to come here. These guys seem very honest and reliable. Jay found a replacement mirror for me right away and was able to get it delivered and my vehicle in for work within a day of me first bringing it in. There were some issues with the BSM connections in the first mirror but Jay was able to find another one right away and let me have my vehicle back for the weekend until the new one arrived. The work took as long as expected and I am super happy with the whole process and the communications that happened throughout. I would 100% come back if I needed any other work on my vehicles.

My wife and I were very impressed by the way this family does business. Where most dealers would simply pull a number out of the air when negotiating trade-in value, Nimer and Jamal did an inspection of our trade and showed us exactly what work would be needed for them to sell it as a certified used vehicle. The pricing of the vehicles on their lot is fair. The condition of the vehicles is excellent. But, what would you expect for a dealer that sells only certified used vehicles that come with a 12 month warranty? This is something you don’t see on franchise dealer lots unless you want to pay for the “certification”. We were even given a tour of the shop area. When we arrived to pick up our “new” vehicle, it had been thoroughly detailed and was ready at the appointed time. They had even completed a fresh oil change prior to us taking delivery. Will we be doing future business with Nimer and Jay? ABSOLUTELY!

I saw an ad on kijiji a mazda 6 popped out, it looked quite beautiful in pictures but I have heard many bad experiences when it comes to dealer selling used cars, I went there first day, and Jay, Jamal act in a professional and friendly manner, I took a look at the car, and he gave me the key, let me drive the car around and try it out. The car end up with brakes feeling weird and transmission fluid was not optimal. I told Jay about it and he actually changed the brakes and did both transmission flush and filter for the same price of the vehicle! Besides, he also gave me a 12000km 12 months drive train and seal/gasket warranty! That means any seals or gasket that fails and leak oil. Or any problem about the transmission, he can repair it, Jay also does not charge for documentation fees and stuff that normal dealers charge. Im very happy about my experience and definitely recommand Jay for your used car dealer.
