My wife and I were very impressed by the way this family does business. Where most dealers would simply pull a number out of the air when negotiating trade-in value, Nimer and Jamal did an inspection of our trade and showed us exactly what work would be needed for them to sell it as a certified used vehicle. The pricing of the vehicles on their lot is fair. The condition of the vehicles is excellent. But, what would you expect for a dealer that sells only certified used vehicles that come with a 12 month warranty? This is something you don’t see on franchise dealer lots unless you want to pay for the “certification”. We were even given a tour of the shop area. When we arrived to pick up our “new” vehicle, it had been thoroughly detailed and was ready at the appointed time. They had even completed a fresh oil change prior to us taking delivery. Will we be doing future business with Nimer and Jay? ABSOLUTELY!
